Licensed in both TN and MS, we specialize in residential real estate. As we work with both buyers and sellers, we have certain goals we strive to achieve on either side of the transaction. When listing a home, we try to get our sellers the most amount of money possible, in the shortest amount of time possible, with the least amount of hassle possible. When working with buyers, we provide a fun and professional approach, which incorporates our extensive knowledge of the process, from pre-approval through closing.

History

Established in 1991.

Mary has been in real estate full time since 1988. She began her career in Short Hills, NJ before moving to the Memphis area in 1991, at which time she became affiliated with Crye-Leike. She is skilled in all facets of real estate including but not limited to normal sales, relocation, new construction, short sales, and foreclosures.

Katy joined her mom in real estate in 2016. Her enjoyment of the business, along with her ability to quickly learn what it takes to effectively represent both buyers and sellers, led her to be named Rookie of the Year for the Germantown office in 2017.

Mary's interests include morning walks, spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, entertaining, gardening, and traveling. 

Katy is a newlywed and first time homeowner and enjoys doing projects around the house, hiking, fishing, and being outdoors.
